The personal<\/em> mission statement of Founder and CEO, Dr. Valerie Ren\u00e9 Sheppard is the guiding light for everything we do.\u00a0 It goes like this:\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cI humbly accept the calling of Divinely-Inspired Messenger of Truth, Love and Light. I shine brightly my Divine Wisdom through creative measures that touch multitudes of people throughout the world, reminding them of their Divine Essence of Love and Freedom, and returning us all back home to God.\u201d\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This means that we are devoted to helping you make a stronger and deeper connection to the Truth of you <\/strong>\u2014 that which transcends the human components of personality and identity, and gets to a higher and deeper aspect of who you are.\u00a0 It is living in alignment with your highest Consciousness and deepest Truth that is the source of lasting Peace, Love, Joy and Freedom. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

What is Living Happy to Be ME!<\/strong>\u00a9 about?<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

\n\nJoy is a fundamental human state. Yet many struggle with how to be<\/em> and how to stay<\/em> happy.\u00a0 Some wrestle with doubt and fear in their daily lives. Others fight \u201cnegative\u201d emotions, like feeling depressed, anxious, angry or fearful. Still others feel insignificant, unseen, unheard and misunderstood, even when they are making significant contributions to the world. Many are struggling with financial limitations, lack of inspiration, health issues, major life transitions and more. It\u2019s no wonder we often feel frazzled, overwhelmed, and UN<\/strong>happy.\n\n<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Happy to Be ME!\u2122<\/strong> is about connecting to your Magnificent Essence, the \u201cyou\u201d that transcends personality, identity, history, wounds, shame, blame and punishment. It\u2019s the Divine<\/span><\/em> Truth of you.\u00a0 But many of us are disconnected and out of tune with our Divinity. We\u2019ve forgotten that we\u2019re spiritual beings having a human experience, and have instead become completely of <\/em>this world.\u00a0 Yet, it\u2019s never too late to remember, reconnect and realign. That\u2019s what our mission and programs are all about \u2014 helping you to awaken to this Truth so you can create a more magnificent life! <\/p>\n\n\n\n

How do you do what you do?<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

We combine universal spiritual wisdom with practical coaching methodology to help you: (1) overcome obstacles, release that which no longer serves your quest for happiness, fulfillment and success; and (2) create, implement and persevere with an action plan to have a life you love to live.\u00a0 We <\/em><\/strong>provide guidance, tools and resources, and you <\/em><\/strong>incorporate the practices and take action to heal your life.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We offer group coaching and workshops in various formats, including virtual courses through our Academy, and multi-day intensive journeys in international destinations.
